Imagine the power of being vulnerable with each other, alongside other POC and white community leaders. The Undoing Racism workshop provides the promise of a deeply transformative soul-searching for AMEMSA community members. The workshops are safe spaces where we are lovingly facilitated through critical turning points while in conversation with those we consider "others". 

The City of Austin Equity Office has garnered funds for 11, yearly, two and half day Undoing Racism workshops administered by The People's Institute for Survival and Beyond until 2024.

Our goal is to streamline the attendance of as many AMEMSA folks into these workshops as possible. The greatest part of Undoing Racism is hearing "othered" voices from within the AMEMSA communities and from the outside, tell their stories.

Oh did we mention? THE WORKSHOPS ARE FREE and by INVITATION.
